Project Wayne — Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Not eligible: Sale items, digital products, gift cards, or items marked final sale.

To return: Email returns@projectwayne.com with your order number. We'll send an RMA number within 1–2 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged/incorrect items? Contact support@projectwayne.com within 48 hours with photos — we'll cover shipping and send a replacement.
